As a publisher, entrepreneur, designer, community connector, wife and mom, I believe deeply in the power of bringing women together.

As the owner and publisher of Lebanon City Lifestyle and Gallatin City Lifestyle, I have built my career around storytelling, supporting local businesses and creating meaningful connections within the communities I love. But behind the business owner is a woman who understands firsthand how many roles women carry—and how easy it can be to put ourselves at the bottom of the list.

That understanding became the heart behind the Well Woman Collective.

So I created the Well Woman Collective as a space where women could step away from the demands of everyday life and intentionally invest in themselves—mind, body and spirit. My vision was to create something more meaningful than simply another women's event: a gathering where women could connect, learn, laugh, be encouraged and leave feeling inspired to live a healthier, fuller and more purposeful life.

Built around the belief that wellness looks different in every season, the Well Woman Collective brings together trusted voices, local experts, meaningful conversations and a community of women who believe we are better when we support one another.

For me, the Collective is also an extension of the philosophy that has shaped much of my life and business: we reap what we sow. When women make space to sow into their health, relationships, faith, dreams and purpose, the impact reaches far beyond themselves—it strengthens their families, businesses and communities.

The Well Woman Collective is my personal invitation to women to make room for themselves, surround themselves with people who encourage their growth, and continue becoming the women God created them to be.
